§ 2-133. Catalog record.

Latest version.

It will be the duty of the county to maintain a separate and complete catalog record of all personal property that comes into its possession. Such personal property will be identified in detail by its usual name, make and model, manufacturer's name and serial number, if any. If there is no identifying name or number, it will be fully described in this catalog record as to its physical properties and appearance.
