§ 8-174. Subscriber lists.

A grantee shall not sell or otherwise make available to any person a list of the names or addresses of subscribers or a list which identifies the viewing habits or return-path transmissions of subscribers without the written permission of each subscriber whose name or address is listed; provided, however, that nothing contained herein shall prohibit a grantee from making the names, addresses and/or telephone numbers of individual subscribers available to collection agencies and/or others authorized by the grantee to collect delinquent payments owed to the grantee.
