§ 6-85. Landings and takeoffs over populated areas.

In all cases takeoffs and landings over populated areas shall be kept at a minimum in the interest of public safety and convenience. All aircraft shall climb out as quickly as possible within the safe operating limitations for the aircraft in order to minimize noise disturbance.
