§ 3.41.4. District boundaries and map.

This Overlay shall be read in conjunction with the DeKalb County 2035 Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map. The boundaries of the Overlay shall be established by a zoning map amendment (the "Overlay Map"), which is incorporated by reference as Exhibit A as if fully set forth herein and made a part of this chapter. The Overlay Map shall be adopted as a map amendment to the Official Zoning Map of DeKalb County. The adopted Overlay Map and any amendments will be maintained by the planning director. Any changes to the Overlay Map will require a zoning map and text amendment.
