§ 3.41.10. Transitional buffer zone requirements.

Developments shall provide a transitional buffer when adjacent to single-family attached and detached land uses as follows:
1.

Non-residential and multi-family developments within the district shall provide a minimum fifty-foot transitional buffer; and

2.

All other residential developments within the district shall provide a minimum twenty-foot buffer.
