§ 3.35.7. Accessory uses and structures.

The following accessory uses of land and structures shall be authorized within the Northlake Overlay District:
A.

Accessory uses and structures incidental to any authorized use or structure, specifically including clubhouses, pools and other recreational amenities.

B.

Parking lots and parking garages.

C.

Clubhouse, including meeting room or recreation room.

D.

Swimming pools, tennis courts, and other recreation areas and similar amenities.

E.

Signs, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 21 and this chapter of the Code.
