§ 3.10.3. District boundaries and initiation of map amendments.

The boundaries of the Meadowcliff Subdivision Overlay District shall be established by zoning map amendment adopted pursuant to this chapter which shall be incorporated herein and made a part of this chapter 27. The map amendment shall be incorporated herein and made a part of this chapter 27. The map amendment shall be initiated a) by one (1) or more members of the board of commissioners or b) by official action of the planning commission or c) by application by all property owners lying within the proposed zoning overlay boundary as provided in section 27-781 [sic].
