§ 20-13. Position classification plan.

(a)

The classification plan provides a systematic arrangement and inventory of the positions in the classified service. The plan groups the various positions into classes with an appropriate title indicative of the range of duties and responsibilities, and the types of work performed.

(b)

The chief executive shall adopt rules and regulations for the implementation and administration of the classification plan within the budget approved by the board of commissioners.
