§ 15-411. License to be obtained within two weeks of approval of application.

(a)

All licenses must be obtained and fees paid not later than two (2) weeks from the date of the approval of the application; and if not so obtained, the permit granted shall be void.

(b)

When a license has been approved and the applicant has deposited with the business license department the required fee, the license shall be issued.
