§ 14-130. Compliance with zoning ordinance.

The final plat shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 27 and all conditions of zoning for the subject property to be shown in the upper right corner of the final plat with text height at a minimum of .18 inches for 24" × 36" sheet size and .09 inches for 17" × 21" sheet size.
