§ 13-127. Notification when person bitten.

  • (a)

    It shall be the duty of the person bitten by any animal to notify immediately the director, who in turn shall notify the animal control center. Parents or guardians are responsible for notification when a minor has been bitten.

    (b)

    It shall be the duty of the director to notify any person bitten by an animal which tests positive for rabies of such test results.
