§ 8-176. Sale or repair of television receivers.

Neither the grantee nor any of its officers, agents, employees and consultants shall directly or indirectly engage in the sale or leasing of television receivers, radio receivers or television or radio parts except such parts and accessories required for cable connection, such as converters and connection plugs and accessories, individually or with any person anywhere in the county, whether for charge or not and whether in the performance of duties of the grantee or otherwise.
