§ 8-172. Preferential or discriminatory rates.

A grantee shall not as to rates, charges, service facilities, rules, regulations or any other respect make or grant any undue preference or advantage to any person or subject any person to any undue prejudice or disadvantage; provided, however, installation and service charges may be waived or modified during promotional campaigns of the grantee. Notwithstanding the foregoing, charges to commercial subscribers and bulk subscribers may be on a negotiated or other basis as established by grantee from time to time.
