§ 8-171. Employment program of grantee.

A grantee shall not refuse to hire or employ, nor bar or discharge from employment, nor discriminate against any person in compensation or in terms, conditions or privileges of employment because of sex, race, creed, color, age, physical condition or national origin. Each grantee shall implement an affirmative action program of equal opportunity or employment for all qualified persons.
