§ 8-167. Rules and regulations of grantee.

Each grantee may promulgate such rules and regulations governing the conduct of its business as shall be reasonably necessary to enable the grantee to exercise its CATV franchise to perform its obligations to assure uninterrupted service to its customers. All such rules and regulations shall be subject to and consistent with the provisions of this chapter and the franchise ordinance.
