§ 8-166. Local office; resident manager.

Each grantee shall maintain an office open to the public during reasonable business hours within the county and shall designate a resident manager to act for the grantee. The authority of the resident manager to act for the grantee with regard to operations of the CATV system shall be full and complete except as may be stated otherwise in the franchise ordinance. For matters in which the resident manager is not authorized to act for the grantee, a corporate officer having such authority shall be available to the county by phone.
