§ 6-108. Discriminatory prices.

  • No person shall engage in any aeronautical activity for furnishing services to the public at the airport unless fair, reasonable and not unjustly discriminatory prices are charged for each unit or service; provided that reasonable and nondiscriminatory discounts, rebates or other similar types of price reductions may be made to volume purchasers.
