§ 6-71. Generally.

(a)

All aeronautical activities at the airport and all flying of aircraft departing from or arriving in the airspace above the airport shall be conducted in conformity with the current pertinent provisions of the Federal Aviation Administration and orders issued by the county.

(b)

The procedures set out in this division will apply in every case, except when instructed otherwise by the control tower.
