§ 6-50. Signs.

  • (a)

    Except with the prior written approval of the county, a lessee shall not erect, maintain or display any signs or any advertising at or on the exterior parts of any building or structure, nor shall any freestanding signs of any nature be permitted on airport property without prior written approval.

    (b)

    Upon the expiration or termination of the lease, the lessee shall remove, obliterate or paint out, as the county may direct, all signs and advertising on the premises, and shall restore the affected portion of the premises to the same condition as at the commencement of the lease.
