§ 5-30. Classifications of animals in previous ordinances/compliance.

Latest version.

Any animal classified prior to February 13, 2016, as a potentially dangerous animal shall on and after that date be classified as a dangerous animal under this chapter. Any animal classified prior to February 13, 2016, as a dangerous animal shall on and after that date be classified as a vicious animal under this chapter.
