§ 2-167. Members.

The data processing advisory committee shall be composed of the following:

(1)

The executive assistant.

(2)

The data center director.

(3)

The finance director.

(4)

The chief of police.

(5)

The tax commissioner.

(6)

A representative from the superior court's administrator's office.

(7)

A representative from the state court's administrator's office.

(8)

Two (2) other representatives from user departments to be appointed by the other members of the committee to serve two-year terms.
