§ 5.2.2. Minimum floor area per dwelling unit.

A.

No new dwelling unit shall have less than the minimum floor area of the applicable zoning district specified in article 2.

B.

No existing dwelling unit shall be reduced in size so that its floor area is less than the minimum floor area for a dwelling unit established by the applicable zoning district specified in article 2.
