    Double Frontage Lot

    A.

    Lots which adjoin public streets in both the front and rear shall provide the minimum required front yard setback on each street.

    B.

    For purposes of front yard regulations, there shall be only one (1) front yard designated, depending on which street the front of the house is built to face.

    C.

    Driveway access on double frontage lots shall be limited to one (1) street only. A ten-foot no-access easement shall be provided along the frontage of the street not used for a driveway.
