§ 5.1.12. Lots served by wells and septic tanks; sewer and water connections.

A.

Any lot that is to be served by an individual well or septic tank shall have an area of not less than that required by state and DeKalb County health regulations. The site location on the lot of the facility shall be approved by the county board of health in accordance with applicable board of health regulations.

B.

Sewer and water facilities and connections shall be approved by the DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management.
