The purpose and intent of the board of commissioners in establishing the OD (Office-Distribution) District is as follows:
A.

To provide convenient areas within the county for the development of office and distribution establishments which are necessary for the residents and business practitioners within the county; and

B.

To implement the future development map of the county's most current comprehensive plan.
