This article shall be known as the Booting of Vehicles on Private Property Ordinance.
This article shall specifically apply to businesses operating booting or vehicle immobilization
services on private property and immobilization device operators, as defined herein.
It shall be unlawful for any person, business, principal, agent, employee or independent
contractor to use, operate, charge for, or retain services for the use of any booting
services or vehicle immobilization services on private property located within the
unincorporated areas of DeKalb County without complying with the provisions of this
article.
