§ 24-168. Commencement of collections.

The excise tax imposed pursuant to this article shall become effective on March 1, 2013, and shall be due and payable to the governing authority of DeKalb County as would otherwise be required under Article 1 of Chapter 8 of Title 48 of the O.C.G.A.
