§ 20-171. Donation of leave time.

Any permanent employee who has been employed with DeKalb County for a minimum of twelve (12) months and who meets the eligibility criteria set forth in the administrative procedures promulgated by the chief executive officer may donate his/her accrued annual or sick leave to other county employees who have exhausted all accrued paid leave due to serious health conditions as defined by the chief executive officer in the administrative procedures.
