§ 19-43. Native wildlife.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful to remove or disturb any living or dead native creatures in county parks, including mammals, birds, fish, amphibians, and reptiles, or the parts or progeny thereof, such as nests, eggs, or antlers.

    (b)

    Fishing activities in county park lakes or streams shall be allowed from the shore of a body of water or from watercraft, if the location is designated by a county sign as allowing fishing at that particular location.
