§ 14-97. Scope of approval approved preliminary plat; digital submission of preliminary plat.

The preliminary plat shall not constitute nor provide assurance of approval of the final plat, but is to be used as the development design for the subdivision and for the acquisition of a development permit as provided for in section 27-960 of the Code. The preliminary plat shall be submitted to the development department in a digital format acceptable to the county, prior to or simultaneous with an application for a development permit.
