§ 14-63. Issuance of building permits and certificates of occupancy; extension of services.

No development permit, building permit, or certificate of occupancy shall be issued for a lot or plat subdivided or sold in violation of the provisions of these regulations, nor shall the county have any obligation to extend services to any parcel created in violation of these regulations.
