§ 14-60. Scope and applicability.

These regulations shall apply to all subdivision of land, as defined in section 14-1, located within the unincorporated portion of DeKalb County and within the corporate limits of a municipality within DeKalb County as may be provided by law and agreement between the county and municipality.
