§ 909. Pension fund—Created.

There is hereby created a pension fund to be administered by the Pension Board of DeKalb County and from which this board shall pay the benefits as set out hereinbefore to the participants therein, said fund to consist of the transfer to it of the funds accumulated under the former pension plans of DeKalb County and contributions by participants and DeKalb County as set out hereinafter and its accumulations by investment and reinvestment under the direction and control of the pension board as set out hereinafter.
