§ 195.14. Suits or actions enforcing the rights of or against the authority.

Any action to protect or enforce any rights under the provisions of this Act [division] or any suit or action against such authority shall be brought in the Superior Court of DeKalb County, Georgia, and any action pertaining to validation of any bonds issued under the provisions of this Act [division] shall likewise be brought in said court which shall have exclusive, original jurisdiction of such actions.
