§ 170. Created.

Latest version.

There shall be a DeKalb County Board of Registrations and Elections which shall have jurisdiction over the conduct of primaries and elections and the registration of electors in such county, in accordance with the provisions of this act [part]. The board shall be a continuation of and a successor to the board created under prior law.
