§ 159. Organizational expenses; feasibility study.

DeKalb County is hereby authorized to expend public funds, not to exceed the total amount of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00), derived from any lawful source to defray the organizational expenses of the authority and to finance the cost of a feasibility study with respect to the undertaking authorized by this act [part] to develop and promote recreation facilities within said county.
